Orders can be cancelled anytime before they've been shipped out. Even if a shipping label has already been generated, a full refund can still be issued as long as the package hasn't already been transferred to the carrier. Once this happens, the order can no longer be cancelled; it can only be returned for a refund.
Returns are fine as long as they occur within a reasonable amount of time. Please notify me of any returns in advance. A full refund will be issued for all returned items that are received in like-new condition. However, outgoing shipping expenses will not be refunded, and any return shipping expenses will not be reimbursed.
It is the buyer's sole responsibility to safely return any purchased items in order to receive a refund. This includes paying for any return postage and/or shipping insurance premiums. If the buyer decides to refuse a package or designate a package as RTS (return to sender) via the carrier (instead of paying for return postage) there is usually no guarantee that the package will be returned to me in a timely manner, or at all. A refund may not be issued until the items are physically received and inspected. If any return shipping expenses are billed to me by the carrier, that amount will be deducted from any associated refund.
