International buyers are solely responsible for any import customs duties, taxes, fees, tariffs, or any other associated costs. These costs will not be reimbursed in the case of a return, and any import costs that I need to pay in order to facilitate a return shipment may be deducted from any associated refund. If a shipment is returned to me because of unpaid import customs fees, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

USPS First-Class International can take a long time to reach certain destinations. If you can't wait at least a few weeks to receive your order, please use a different shipping method. This service also sees the highest rate of lost packages. International shipments valued over $100 USD will almost always be insured, at my expense. If you haven't received your order after 30 days, let me know so we can open an insurance claim and begin the process of getting you a replacement.

I'm willing to consider customer requests regarding the completion of customs paperwork. However, please note that undervalued shipments cannot be insured, and the buyer agrees to assume all risks inherent with this type of situation. In addition to the risk of loss in transit, an undervalued shipment also runs the risk of being confiscated and/or destroyed by customs. If this happens, the order will not be refunded. I will complete customs forms in accordance with local regulations, and I may refuse any customer request related to customs documentation.
